Video analysis
For those who really want to improve their cross-country skiing technique, UPPTACK also offers video analysis. Video analysis is a very pedagogical and effective work tool. Video recordings are taken during the lesson and the film is analysed. It gives you concrete insights and tools to take your cross-country skiing to the next level.
Cross-country skiing lessons for companies
UPPTÄCKK also offers companies cross-country skiing lessons, good as wellness or as a fun staff activity.

Instructor
My name is Katja Kleinveld and I am passionate about sharing the joy and health that comes with cross-country skiing. I am a trained and certified cross-country and roller ski instructor by the Dutch Ski Federation (NskiV) and regularly work as a cross-country ski instructor in Germany and Austria.
I will guide you through the basics and help you develop your skills in the art of cross-country skiing, in both classic technique and skate. Whether you are brand new to the skis or already have some basic skills, I have customised lessons to meet your needs.
